My journey into photography started after my sister-in-law passed away, when I began raising funds for a non-profit in her honor. What started as a meaningful project turned into a passion—and now a career I love. Outside of photography, I’m all about family time, giving back to the community, and sneaking in as many fun adventures as I can!

We met Ami with Shea Rose Photography years ago after a search of our local recommendation page turned up many, many results mentioning Ami as THE local photographer. As soon as I contacted her, I knew she was the perfect fit for our family photographs. She listened to all my requests and made suggestions of her own, and our photos turned out better than I even imagined. They are now some of my most precious possessions, not only because the photos turned out beautiful but also because she made the whole experience so fun, comfortable, and personal that our families joy truly radiates through the photos. We have used Ami for photos multiple times throughout the years, and I will truly never go to anyone else. Thank you so much for the precious memories!

Second, Ami doesn’t just take “pictures”. Some of you may just want “pictures” - get in and get it done type “pictures”. Nope. There’s simply more to Ami and her gift. You see, she actually creates a fun and engaging atmosphere that serves to capture the most special moments of the families, kids, and pets that she works with. Third, Ami’s time and photos are reasonably priced. If you think you have to break the bank to get beautiful photos, then go spend a fortune with someone else. But you’d be silly to do so.
